We had a great stay at this hotel near the airport and JR Chitose. The location was so convenient, and we especially loved that the hotel offers free bicycle rental for 3 hours. It would be even better if they extended the rental time to 5 hours, as we wanted to explore the Chitose Salmon Aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options. a pleasant experience.

The public bath can get crowded during peak hours.
